Waterloo Quarter Xmas 2011

Waterloo Quarter Christmas Event 2011

Our favourite Christmas celebration takes place in the Waterloo Quarter every year.

In 2011 the Waterloo Quarter bid team organised yet another successful event, this time in the lead up to Christmas, to help promote the area and support local business.

Christmas 2011 featured festive music and entertainment, plus market stalls run by a host of local businesses.

There was plenty for everyone to enjoy, and the evening included the massive Christmas tree switch-on.

The event was held on two separate sites; one in Emma Cons Gardens (opposite the Old Vic), and the other outside the ‘Cubana’ Bar & Restaurant.

With some of London’s best independent shops, restaurants, theatres and bars, Waterloo is a great entertainment destination all year round!

Waterloo Quarter Food Festival 2012 will be held in September this year; go to http://www.waterlooquarter.org for more information.

There are opportunities for businesses to get involved by taking on a festive stall or through sponsorship. For details about how your business can make the most of these events:
